The high school division of the school elects a group of grade 11-learners at the end of the year to act as discipline leaders during their matric year.
These learners are chosen by means of a democratic election. Their responsibility is to assist the teachers in maintaining the discipline in the school.
The headboy and headgirl, as well as a deputy headboy and deputy headgirl is elected out of this group.
The hostel would usually also select a group of learners to assist with the discipline in the hostel. A headboy or headgirl may be chosen. This depends on the number of learners
residing in the hostel.
The primary division elects a group of 24 learners (12 boys and 12 girls) in the grade 6 classes to act as discipline leaders in the following year. These learners are chosen by the
learners and teachers through a democratic election process.
The headboy, headgirl, deputy headboy and deputy headgirl is then elected from the group of 24.
